CCBC Dundalk scored the first run of the game before Prince George's erupted to score the next 23 runs en route to a 23-3 victory.

Trailing 1-0, Pietrandrea plated To with an RBI single through the right side of the infield in the first.

A two-run second on ground ball RBIs by Alexander Montero (LaRomana, Dominican Republic/Colegio Nueva) and Tommy Petrosino Jr (Bayonne, N.J./St. Anthony's) handed the Owls a 3-1 lead.

The Largo team continued to add to its advantage with a three-run third. Rotundo brought home Pietrandrea on an RBI groundout and Marquez scored on a wild pitch before Naquan Holden (Brooklyn, N.Y./Perkiomen) plated Alicea on an RBI single to left center for a five-run lead.

Prince George's broke the game open with a six-run fourth to increase the advantage to 12-1. Rotundo started the scoring with a two-run single up the middle before Alicea smoked a three-run homer to right center and Brandon Crosby (Richmond, Va./Atlee, Mechanicsville) followed with a solo jack.

An 11-run fifth handed the Owls a 23-1 lead. After Rotundo started the flood gates with an RBI single to right center, Alicea doubled home a pair of runs and Steven Fondeur (Hollywood, Fla./South Broward) scored another run on an RBI fielder's choice. Alicea touched home on a wild pitch before To cleared the bases with a grand slam to center field for his team-leading fourth homer of the season. Pietrandrea and Rotundo capped the scoring after crossing the plate on wild pitches.
