Men’s Basketball Ranked #4 In Week Two Polls

The Prince George's Community College men's basketball program has once again climbed two spots and currently holds the #4 spot in the NJCAA Division III Men's Basketball Rankings after another win during the week improved the team to 3-0. #4 is the highest ranking in program history for Prince George's as a Division III member.

This past week saw the Owls pickup another double-digit victory at home when Prince George's defeated Washington Adventist University JV, 86-75. Looking ahead at the Owls schedule, the team will travel to Cumberland, MD on Tuesday, November 21st to begin conference play against Division I Allegany College of Maryland. The Trojans enter the matchup with a 6-1 record coming off a busy weekend during which they played two ranked opponents in 48 hours against #9 DII Sullivan County and previously #25 DI Monroe College, losing the latter of the two.

The Trojans will be need to be prepared for a quick reload against another ranked powerhouse when Prince George's visits for a 7 PM tip as they come off their third straight victory and a weekend of rest.
