  • Prince George's continues its seven-game homestand with its Maryland JUCO home opener against Hagerstown Community College on Wednesday. 
  • It will be the second time this season the two teams will square off after battling in the McDonald's Basketball Tip-off Tournament on Nov. 9.
  • Freshman Marche Sisco paced the Owls in the first meeting this season with 22 points.
  • The Largo programs last win in the series came in 2016-17 at Novak Field House.
  • The Hawks are 4-2 this season and 1-1 in league play.
THE LAST TILT
 
  • Prince George's lost to 52-40 to SUNY Sullivan on Nov. 18.
  • Freshman Marisse Chop paced the Owls with a career-high 11 points, posting most of her points from the charity stripe after hitting 5 of 7 from the line to finish with her first career 10-point performance. She added seven rebounds, four steals and two assists in her first collegiate start.
    Freshman Marche Sisco added nine points, six steals and four rebounds. Sisco has reached double figures in four of the six games this season and is averaging 20.0 points per game on the year.
  • Frsehman Imani Andrews registered six points and seven rebounds in her first game at Novak Field House. 
  • Freshman Quatazia Johnson added six points on the day.
THE ROAD AHEAD
 
  • Prince George's continues its homestand against Northern Virginia Community College on Dec. 4. 
  • The Owls will also host Frederick Community College (Dec. 12), Butler County Community College(Dec. 14), Caldwell Community College and Techical Institute (Dec. 18) and the College of Southern Maryland (Jan. 4). 
  • The squad is in the midst of 57-straight days without a road game. The Owls were at Harford Community College on Nov. 13 and do not travel again until heading to Howard Community College on Jan. 9.
  • Prince George's Athletics will be holding a Toy Drive during its games on against Frederick and Butler County. It will also hold an Ugly Sweater Contest during the doubleheader against Butler County.
  • The squad will have six home games and four road games in 2019.
