Disappointing Loss for Lady Owls

Baltimore, Md. – The Owls women suffered their second loss of the season by a score of 45-77 to Baltimore City Community College.

Forward Jaida Jenkins and guard Markaila Carter continued to dominate the scoring for the Owls with 14 points apiece. Jenkins was also clutch on the boards grabbing a game high 13 rebounds with 11 on the defensive side and two offensively.

Michelle Wright carried the workload for Baltimore and was the top scorere in the game with 21 points while adding 11 rebounds.

The Lady Owls will try to get back to winning ways on November 15 and 16 when they travel to Baltimore to participate in the Charm City Tournament. The Owls will face off against ASA College and College of Southern Maryland on Saturday and Sunday respectively.

Tip off for both contest is set for 1:00 PM.
