Prince George's Basketball Doubleheader Against Baltimore City Moved To January 26

LARGO, Md. – The Prince George's Community College men's and women's basketball doubleheader against Baltimore City Community College, originally scheduled for Wednesday, January 10 for 5 and 7 p.m., has been postponed due to heat issues at Novak Field House. The doubleheader has been rescheduled for Friday, January 26 at Novak Field House with the women tipping off at 5 p.m. and the men following at 7 p.m.

The Owl men's basketball team is coming off an 87-63 victory against Anne Arundel Community College on Friday. Sophomore Paul Golder (Largo, Md./Largo) paced the squad with 22 points. Despite 25 points and 15 rebounds from sophomore Gina Seifert (Owings, Md./Largo, the Prince George's women lost to the Riverhawks on Friday.

The Largo teams return to action at Garrett College on Saturday. The women tip at 6 p.m. and the men will follow at 8 p.m. Prince George's will next play at Novak Field House on January 17 against Howard Community College with game times at 5 and 7 p.m.
