THE NEXT MATCH
 
  • Prince George's concludes the regular season against Montgomery on Friday.
  • The Largo team defeated the Raptors 2-1 last season.
  • With a win on Friday, the Owls can finish 6-1-1 at home.
  • This game is a Maryland JUCO, but does not have as big of implications like in the past since Montgomery moved up to Division I. The Raptors and Owls used to battle every year in the region for the region title.
  • The match on Friday will also serve as sophomore nght for David Olabisi, Moh Sherif and Jalen Washington.

  • Prince George's defeated Allegany College of Maryland 6-0 on Tuesday.
  • Freshmen Habib Rahmin, Ben Montague, Hector OrtizFrancisco CantonGuillaume Nseke and Atabong Atama each twinkled the twine in the win. 
  • Montague leads the team with 10 goals and three assists for 23 points. Nseke notched his fourth tally, Canton his third while Atama, Ortiz and Rahmin have a pair of markers this season.
  • Freshman Angel Olmedo made one save to earn his second shutout. 
  • The Owls 7-2-1 in their last 10 matches.
THE ROAD AHEAD
 
  • The squad will participate in the NJCAA Region XX Division III Tournament will be hosted by Howard Community College the week of Oct. 22-27.
  • Prince George's will find out its opponent in the next couple of days.
  • The Owls have posted a winning mark both at home and on the road in the last five years.
  • The squad holds a 32-16-3 mark at home and 39-20-1 on the road dating back to the 2013 campaign.
  • The squad will be looking for its seventh region title in program history.
