Prince George's Men's Soccer Match Against CCBC Essex Postponed Due To Field Conditions

LARGO, Md. - The Prince George's Community College match against CCBC Essex, originally scheduled for Tuesday at the PGCC Bermuda Field at 6 p.m., has been postponed due to field conditions. The tilt has been rescheduled for Wednesday, October 10 at 6 p.m. in Largo, Md.

The Owls are 4-3 on the year and are coming off a 5-0 win at Cumberland County College on Saturday. David Olabisi notched two goals in the match while Alan Hernandez, Guilluame Nseke and Moh Sherif also twinkled the twine in the second half against the Dukes. After scoring one tally in the first three contests the Largo program has 14 goals in its last four matches. Aboubacarr Sinera leads the team with a 0.69 goals against average and a .769 save percentage while the defense has produced five shutouts this season.

Prince George's Community College returns to action on Friday to start a now two-game homestand against CCBC Catonsville. The match will begin at 6 p.m.
