PGCC Baseball Alum Off to Good Start

Prince George's Community College Freshman RHP Jonathon Powell (Northeast HS, Pasadena MD) in his first collegiate start was un-hittable in 3-0 win vs. St. Claire County CC (Michigan) throws a complete game No-Hitter on 92 pitches striking out 8 and surrendering 2 base on balls.

Calling the game behind the plate was Freshman Catcher Chris Brown (Treasure Coast HS, Port St. Lucie Florida) that called every pitch keeping batters guessing the entire game. On offense Prince George's was led by 3 freshman 3B William Lopez (Rosalina C. Martinez HS, PR),  SS Ferdinand Concepcion (Miguel de Cervantes HS, PR) and C Chris Brown (Treasure Coast HS, FL) all going 2-3 on the day scoring all 3 runs for PGCC.
