Prince George's women's basketball returns to Novak Field House tomorrow, January 15th to take on Massasoit Community College in a NJCAA top 15 showdown. Prince George's is ranked number fifteen in NJCAA Division III women's basketball while Massasoit currently sits at number three. The Owls remain the only team from the state of Maryland to appear in the rankings during the 2019-2020 season.
The Owls (8-6) are in a good position to upset the Warriors (11-0) at home as Massasoit travels to Largo for their fourth game in just five days and their second away game in as many days. The Owls have had over a week of rest to recover from their last contest and prepare for Massasoit. Tomorrow's matchup marks the end of a four game home stretch for the Owls who won't play at home again until Wednesday, February 5th. Tipoff against Massasoit is set to begin at 1 pm.
