The Owls men had a strong showing on Tuesday night with a 5-1 home victory over College of Southern Maryland. This was the Owls third consecutive win has they continue to push for one of the top seeds in the conference.

Freshman Cristian Rodriquez opened the scoring for the Owls in the second half of play and it seemed to have inspired the Owls attack. The early second half goal gave the Owls the confidence to push even more players forward, this resulted in Alejandro Avelar scoring twice, with Urich Ndip and Ognadon Maboudou adding one apiece. Southern Maryland was able to pull one back with a few minutes remaining, but it only proved to be a consolation goal. This ultimately finalized the game and the Owls earned the 5-1 victory.

The Owls will host CCBC Essex on Friday, September 16 at 6:00 PM. This will be another MD JUCO show down, with both teams battling in hopes of capturing the Conference Title.
