Lady Owls Set to Host No. 7 Ranked Onondaga To Kick Off 2020

Prince George's women's basketball will return to action tomorrow, Sunday January 5th to play host to Onondaga Community College. Tipoff is scheduled for 12 o'clock inside Novak Field House. Prince George's will aim to slow down Onondaga's Lazers who are currently ranked number seven in the nation in NJCAA's Division III women's basketball. The Owls will also look to pick right up where they left off which was a 105-53 rout over Hocking College back on December 20th.

The Owls have been led by their lone sophomore Tatiana Garvin who is averaging a double-double on the season with nearly 20 points per game to go along with 11 rebounds per game. Garvin has been aided by freshmen Trinity Workman and Kori People who have been consistent scorers for the Owls with 15.5 points per game from each guard.

Onondaga (11-3) recently played against Anne Arundel Community College on Friday, January 3rd while Prince George's Owls (8-5, 2-4) will enter the contest with fresh legs after their long rest over the break.
