Largo, MD. - Although the lady Owls suffered another loss to second ranked Baltimore City Community College in their most recent home game, the team still had some bright spots.
They played solid defense throughout the first and second quarter, and made multiple runs before Baltimore city pulled away before the half. This momentum continued for Baltimore as they extended the lead in the second half and earned the win.
Coneisha Smith continued her offensive dominance leading both teams with 23pts and 14 boards. This was close to her conference leading 28 points and 13 rebounds per game. Brittany Hinton had a team high 20pts and 8rbs for Baltimore City C.C.
The Lady Owls next game will be away to Garrett on February 4, 2016. Tip-off is set for 5:00 PM.
