  • Prince George's plays its final road game of the regular season at Allegany College of Maryland.
  • This is an important game for seeding in the Maryland JUCO Tournament with both teams coming into the game at 9-3 in league play. 
  • The Trojans edged the Owls 78-74 last season at Novak Field House.
  • The loss ended a four-game winning streak for Prince George's dating back to the 2012-13 season.
  • The last win for the Owls in the series was an 88-76 win in Cumberland in 2016-17.
THE LAST TILT
 
  • Tunde Scrivner scored 18 points to power sixth-ranked Prince George's Community College past Garrett College 71-61 on Saturday.
  • Scrivner shot 7-for-14 from the floor, made three shots from behind the arc and a free throw to finish with 18 points (18-3, 9-3 MD JUCO) on the afternoon. The freshman has scored double figures in six-straight games since he missed the mark for the first time in his collegiate career and has posted at least 15 points in five of those six tilts. He is averaging 20.3 points per game in those six games and ranks second on the team with 17.5 points per game.
  • Alex Morales notched a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds along with five assists. The current NJCAA Division III Player of the Week has posted a double-double nine times in his last 10 games and has 14 double-doubles this season. He has scored double figures in all 21 games on the year and has dished out five or more assists 15 times in his sophomore campaign. Morales leads the team with 19.1 points and 11.4 rebounds per game.
  • Dariel Medina added 10 points off the bench. The sophomore has scored double digits five timers this season an six times in his career. Medina reached 10 points for the first time in seven games after he scored double figures in three-straight games.
  • Dexter Turner posted seven points and 10 assists while David Burriss (Washington, D.C./Woodrow Wilson) hauled in seven boards in the winning effort.
THE ROAD AHEAD
 
  • The Chesapeake College game has not announced a makeup date. If the game is not played, the next game for Prince George's will be at the Maryland JUCO Tournament.
  • Hagerstown will host the Maryland JUCO Tournament this year. Prince George's currently sits in the Top-4 of the standings.
  • Prince George's will also host the region tournament in February where it will be the No. 1 seed in the tournament.
