THE NEXT MATCH
 
  • After playing three of its first four games on the road, Prince George's will be home for six of its next seven games starting with SUNY Sullivan on Sunday. 
  • The Owls defeated Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology on Nov. 6 for the team's only home game this season.
  • Prince George's will play a team from New Jersey for the first time since facing Union County College in 2016-17.
  • SUNY Sullivan comes into the weekend 3-1 and will play Montgomery College on Saturday in Rockville.
  • The Generals defeated Maryland JUCO foe Cecil College on Nov. 11 and will host CCBC Catonsville on Dec. 16. 
THE LAST TILT
 
  • Prince George's held the lead for the first 12 minutes of the game before falling to Harford Community College on Tuesday.
  • It was the first loss of the season for the Owls after winning the first three tilts of the year.
  • Sophomore Alex Morales paced the Owls with 16 points, seven rebounds, three steals and two blocks. The sophomore has reached double figures in all four tilts this season including a pair of 20-point performances. In addition, he has led the team in rebounds in all four games and paces the team with 20.8 points and 12.3 rebounds per game. The sophomore has scored double figures 22 times in his career.
  • Freshmen Jordan Hicks matched his career high of 16 points and Tunde Scrivner each added 14 points in the 94-79 loss. Scrivner also registered six rebounds, two assists and two steals. Hicks, who has reached double figures in points in three of the four contests, also scored 16 points in his collegiate debut against Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology on Nov. 6. Hicks is averaging 11.5 points per game this season. Scrivner has reached double figures in points in all five games in college and ranks second on the team with a 14.0 points per game average.
  • Senior Moetaz Ashkar and Dexter Turner both finished with eight points while Turner also had six rebounds and two assists on the night.
THE ROAD AHEAD
 
  • Prince George's travels to CCBC Dundalk on Tuesday.
  • The Owls will then have a five-game homestand starting with Hagerstown Community College on Nov. 28.
  • Northern Virginia Community College (Dec. 4), Westmoreland County Community College (Dec. 8), Frederick Community College (Dec. 12) and Butler County Community College (Dec. 14) will come to town during a five-game homestand after Thanksgiving.
  • Prince George's Athletics will be holding a Toy Drive during its games on against Westmoreland County, Frederick and Butler County. It will also hold an Ugly Sweater Contest during the doubleheader against Butler County.
  • The Owls will then travel to Western Pennsylvania to face CCAC Boyce (Dec. 18) and CCAC Allegheny (Dec. 19) to close out the year 2018.
